    If Juan is closer to the center she could stand at the center and Kuri at the edge of the carousel. Juan would not move at all. She would only rotate around her own axis.

    If both would be facing each other at the beginning, they still would be facing each other all the way around.

    In conclusion, the correct answer should be B.
