If a 0.20 kg object fell 7.0 Meters before it hitting the ground, what was it's change in Potential Energy during the fall?

    Before the fall,

    Potential energy = (mass) x (gravity) x (height)

    = (0.2 kg) x (9.8 m/s²) x (7.0 m)

    = 13.72 joules.

    All the potential energy is lost during the fall.

    So the change is 13.72 joules.
