What force drives winds and ocean currents?

    The gradients of temperature due to the unequal heating of Earth surface is the driving force for winds and ocean currents.

    Wind and water that is wamer will move upward because they are less dense, and wind and water that is cooler will move downward due to they are more dense. This causes the continuous flow of matter or currents.
