If one light bulb is removed from a parallel circuit with three bulbs, the brightness of the other bulbs will decrease.

    No. In a parallel circuit, the bulbs don't know about each other,

    and removing one has no effect on the ones that are still there.

    (But the current being supplied by the battery or power supply

    will decrease.)
