It has faces and the other side is a way from us so we can't see it

Because the time it takes the moon to spin on its axis AND the time it takes

the moon to revolve in its orbit around the Earth are exactly the same time.

If you walk around a tree, AND spin your body slowly in exactly the same time

that it takes you to walk around the tree, then you'll always be facing the tree,

and your back will always be away from it. A bird in the low branches will

always see your face, and never see your back.
