A moving object can be in equilibrium. Explain.

    Lets say, things at translational equilibrium either don't move or is moving at a constant velocity. If an object is accelerating, it's not in a equilibrium.

    Yes, If all the forces on it are balanced it will be in equilibrium regardless of whether it is in motion or not.
