Hydrogen gas was cooled from 150c to 50c. its volume is 75.0 ml. what was its original volume?

    t1 = 150 + 273 = 423 K

    t2 = 50 + 273 = 323 K

    according to charles' law: v1/t1 = v2/t2

    v1/423 = 75/323

    v1 = 75/323 x 423

    v1 = 98.2ml
