    The "Doppler Effect" is the apparent change in wavelength of radiation

    from a source moving toward or away from the observer.

    The ejection of electrons from the surface of some substances when

    illuminated by light of sufficient frequency is the Photoelectric Effect.

    His explanation of that effect earned Albert Einstein his only Nobel Prize,

    awarded in 1921.
