When might a pendulum have equal kinetic and potential energy?

When it's at the top of the swing, ready to fall,

the energy is all potential.

When it's going through the bottom of the swing,

the energy is all kinetic.

Half-kinetic and half-potential is during the swing, when the

bob is halfway from the bottom level to the highest level.
