    Because you always want your the costomer to leave happy so that way they'll keep coming back for more

    This saying originated from Harry Gordon Selfridge in 1909 and usually it's to convince the customer that they will be treated fairly or righteously when purchasing the products of the business. It is also to persuade the employees to give their customers quality service without angering the customer.
