Why do liquids flow?

A liquid particles are wet?

    The answer is D. Liquids does not have fixed shape nor volume as the space in between their constituent particles are intermediate like their kinetic energy which is also intermediate. Therefore, they have less force of attraction to keep them in fixed position but to let them flow.
