    Body language are thoughts and feelings that manifests through physical behaviour. The body, most of the times unconsciously, tweaks its parts that are consistent with the person's current thoughts and/or feelings, whichever persists or sometimes both. The other three choices presented in this problem are acting upon the the feelings and/or thoughts, and these three might be done verbally where as body language is a non-verbal kind of communication.
