    Neither of these observations are valid - they're both unfalsifiable.

    the first one, where the witness claims UFOs exsist, then until more people see the UFOs, this cannot be analyzed by our current technologies.

    the second, seems a bit more probable and believable by thte way it'd been put, because it's not possible that a piece of moss from a tree could drive any sort of mode of transportation, thus making it literally sure that an inteligent lifeform was driving the ship
