    f2 = ((v + vo) / (v - vs)) f

    where f2 is the new frequency, v is the speed of the sound waves, vo is the velocity of the observer, vs is velocity of source of sound, and f is original frequency.

    f2 = ((343 + 20) / (343 - 0)) (500 Hz)

    f2 = 529.15 Hz
