    So we want to know between what types of objects does an electric force exist. Electric force exists between: 1. neutral and negative object because the negative object repels electrons in a neutral body so the positive charge from a neutral body and the negative charge on the negative body attract. 2. between two negative bodies because there is a repellent force between positive charges. 3. between neutral and positive body because positive body repels electrons so we have a repelling force between them. 4. between two positive bodies there is a repellent force. 5. between a negative and positive body there is an attractive force. 6. Between two neutral bodies there is no force.
