    Any planet with a tilted rotation axis has seasons.

    If the axis of rotation is not "straight up and down", then the sun shines

    more directly on one hemisphere for half of the planet's year, and more

    directly on the other hemisphere during the other half of the year. That's

    what it takes to make seasons.
