    According to my 10th Grade chemistry knowledge ... the answer is Alpha particles.

    Beta particles are blocked by our clothes.

    Gamma particles need wall of lead or concrete.

    Don't know a bout X-Rays

    a. alpha particles. Alpha particles have the lowest penetrating power and hence can be blocked by an ordinary sheet of paper.
