    We are given with the following:

    m = 0.25 kg

    r = 1.6 m

    v = 12.2 m/s

    If we are asked to solve for the angular speed:

    w = v/r

    w = 12.2/1.6 = 7.63/s

    If we are asked to solve for the angular acceleration:

    a = w2 r

    a = 7.63^2 (1.6)

    a = 93.15 m/s2

    If we are asked for the centripetal force:

    F = m a

    F = 0.25 (03.15) = 23.29 N
