A sled is moving at a constant speed down a surface inclined at 45 degrees with the horizontal and travels 30meter in 4 seconds. calculate the vertical velocity of the self at the end of 4 seconds

    Constant speed along the inclined surface = 30 m / 4 s = 7.5 m/s

    Vertical speed = inclined speed * sin (45) = 7.5 * √2 / 2 = 5.3 m/s

    Answer: 5.3 m/s
