Why can the function y=-16x^2+v0t+h0be used to determine the object's moving distance? Are there any limitations and special concerns?

    You could research the derivation of it, it incorporates velocity and height and produces a quadratic function of time. very useful, it may be limited to its domain which should theoretically range from 0 to t but if it has a negative root then you use y-int as initial height so not any limitations I know abt
