Eliza went for a swim. When she came out of the water, she felt cold. At the moment, a strong wind blew, and she felt even colder. Explain why did she felt even colder when a string wind blew.

    She did because when you are in water for a long period of time it might feel warm but when you come out it is going to feel cold again just like how you felt going in the water
