    For this problem we are going to use:

    a = v^2 / r

    -or-

    v = sqrt[ a*r ]

    We know:

    a = 98 m/s^2

    r = 12 m

    Plug these in and solve for v:

    v = sqrt[ 98 * 12 ]

    v = 34.29 m/s

    So the driver is moving at 34.29 m/s when whe experiences 10g's
