L 10. A car with a mass of 2,000 kilograms is moving around a circular curve at a uniform velocity of 25 meters per second. The curve has a radius of 80 meters. What is the centripetal force on the car?

    Centripetal Force, F = mv²/r

    Where m = mass in kg, v = velocity in m/s and r = radius of curvature in m.

    Centripetal Force, F = 2000 * 25² / 80. Use your calculator.

    F = 15 625 N.
