You sit down in a quiet or noisy area but some music on if you like. Then go through your notes to remember them and take a 10 min break after that you see if you can remember that. Then you just test yourself on some questions

Work as hard as you possibly can put the phone down don't ask questions on these and study as hard as possible; )
