    It means there was already a chance of you having the condition due to genetics or any other issue such as environment. Like if my father had a heart condition which has the ability to be passed down. I would have predisposition for that disease due to genetics. If I were to live in an environment where there is a horrible pollution issue that could effect my lungs. I would have the predisposition to have the condition due to my environment.
