    I got 25 employees total. Proportions was the only way I could think to work it out. I did not get 10 or 20.

    Explanation:

    1.) 15/x = 60/100

    2.) Cross multiply. 15*100

    60*x

    3.) Divide 60 into 1500 - > x=25
