There will be no way the plant can reproduce and eventually die

If a plant cell lost its chloroplast, it would not be able to photosynthesize and create sugars for growth.

To identify if the cell is plant or animal, you can use a microscope. Look at the organelles. If it has chloroplasts or a cell wall, it is a plant cell. A plant cell is generally shaped like a rectangle and an animal cell is a blob.
