There are five stages in a recession.

1. job loss

2. falling production

3. falling demand (occurs twice)

4. peak production

In which order do these stages occur?

    I believe the answer is: 3,2,1,3,4

    When the demand of products in the market fall, many companies would be forced reduce its overall production in order to avoid overstocking.

    This would make the companies need less workers and cause job loss for many people. This lead to a decrease in purchasing power in the market before eventually the market bounce back and reach its peak production.
