The early childhood stage is very critical as what happens in this stage is critical to a child's growth. It takes a dedicated leader to have patience in dealing with these children who are still finding their way to grow, and much knowledge in handling these children and in what to do when certain situations arise that involve these children. Such leader - one who is independent, has initiative, and is patient - won't have much problems in dealing with kids in this stage.
