In the video "sexism in the news media 2012" what is it that some newscasters blame military women for?

The newscasters place blame on the women for their own rapes and sexual assaults. They, like much of society, take the tack that females in combat should be able to defend themselves and that anything negative that occurs to them had to, somehow, be of their own doing, instead of being a situation that was totally out of their control.
