In handling this situation, it is best to keep it professional and to be calm in order to avoid conflicts that could be much bigger than anticipated. It is best to approach the person who has been acting to you in a rude way and to tell him or her that you disliked being treated in a poor way and you deserve respect just like any other people. It is also best to ask her or him if he or she has a problem with you to know why he or she is acting that way and for it to be resolve in a professional manner.
