    That cartoons are visual and easy to understand for people who have trouble reading. That Nast’s cartoons were intelligent and humorous and that people enjoyed reading and talking about them, which spread his ideas. Nast drew up so many cartoons that people began to recognize his versions of Tweed and Tammany Hall with the real people.
