Why do liposomes aggregate after passing through microfluidizer?

    Not all liposomes aggregate.

    In some cases the liposomes created by the microfluidizer are damaged and may expose hydrophobic regions which due to the "hydrophobic effect " and secon law of thermodynamics leads to aggregation and fusion
