    The 17th gives each state 2 senators that people vote for. 19th granted women the right to vote, 23rd Washington D. C. gains electoral votes

    The 17th, 19th, and 23rd amendment are related to the voting process because the 17th amendment talks about the Senate such as their qualifications, elections, each member of the Senate is equal to ONE vote in the voting process. The 19th Amendment is related to voting process because it talks about the right of the citizens and their rights of voting. The 23rd Amendment refers to voting processes because it states, " a number of electors of president and Vice President equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives in Congress to which the District would be entitles if it were a State ..."
