    This is a prime example of an anxiety disorder. This is extremely common in people. It can include panic attacks, post traumatic stress disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. Symptoms include higher than average stress levels that are out of proportion with the event and the lack of ability to let worries go or find inner peace. It can be treated with medications and counseling.
