We can conclude that Nick doesn't really have a high opinion of Gatsby's party guests. He thinks they are acting as if they were children in an amusement park, screaming, dancing, and having too much fun. He believes they should be behaving more 'adult-like,' instead of like a bunch of children let loose. The guests are acting wild, drinking excessively, and behaving like animals.
