How are federal amendments made?

    The constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the senate or by a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of the state legislatures.

    Federal Amendments are only made (in my opinion) if something terrible is going on often and/or if the government think it’s right to put out these laws for safety or for equality and fairness.
