In this situation, zahara more likely to become successful in social situation because of the way people interact in Kazakhtan tend to be less individualistic compared to countries in northern america.

In order to make zahara able to strengthen her learning outcome, the effective ways that she could do are:

    - Focus on learning the English language first, because the poor academic result might strongly related to unability in understanding class material

    - Utilize her social skills to form a learning group with her friends

    - the teacher must provide special additional class to follow up the students that do not use english as their main language.
