The answer is "kids are more likely to copy behavior that they see others being rewarded for"

It is not necessarily the case that each kid who is aggressive or inclined towards violence has taken in it from viewing the conduct of his or her folks, or from TV. In any case, more often, if guardians are forceful they will probably have forceful kids on the off chance that they demonstrate that aggression to their youngsters.
