    A. She is almost as tall as she will be as an adult. B. Her breasts are well into their development, but have not reached their final size. C. She is in the later stages of pubertal development. D. She has just begun her growth spurt and hasn't yet developed breasts.

    Among these choices, the prediction that cannot be made about Deniz is that: She is in the later stages of pubertal development. This is because an average girl would have her first period at the age of 12 which is also around the time when puberty starts.
