It is very difficult to define what educating really means which makes it near impossible to prove any malpractice. Also, it is extremely difficult to find the cause of a students failure to meet certain requirements of the education system. The most important reason is due to fear of a massive amount of litigation this would cause and it would be considered a slippery slope.
