Alcohol can reduce stress. It can also lessen fears and take off troubles from our mind. It is not dangerous when taken occasionally but once a person starts drinking alcohol to cope with stress; he is more likely to build a tolerance to the de-stressing effects of alcohol. This makes anxiety and stress more difficult to cope with later.
