    I believe the answer is: There is no difference between the groups in their performance.

    Environment played a much more crucial roles in information processing rather than the color of the skin.

    People who grow up in a houshold with parents that do not value learning for example, would most likely grow up spending their time doing other than learning in order to imitate their parents' behavior
