Why does child labor affect only certain parts of the world and not all parts?

    Because wealthier societies have abundance which allows them to not employ children, and instead leave them out of the workforce to study. A society's culture influences the laws, and that is why in wealthier countries there are strict child labor laws. When developing countries will reach a certain level of wealth, there will be such laws there too.
