When private owners run or control the trade and industry of country, this makes a system which is called a capitalism. Right to private property, profits, freedom of choice and competition are the rights which society does not ensure for its citizens and capitalism function poorly. And this is because in economic activity the system reduces the government interference. Every citizen or participant have its own rights.
