In which parts of the body would sam likely lose strength during middle adulthood?

    I believe the answer is: Back and leg muscles

    Compared to any other parts of our body, the back and leg muscles hold the largest amount of weight throughout our life.

    The deteriorating strength on these area would increased immensely if we're overweight (causing more stress for the muscles) or lack of calcium.
