    The researchers conclude that anna fails to develop the skills for making proper Response to light and dark, speech, high-level reasoning.

    Since her brain is conditioned to minimum nutrient and activity, securing her in the attic without any communication and activities conditioned her brain to only able to develop to do small low-level tasks such as breathing, chewing, seeing, etc.
