Do you think a defendant is more likely to lose in a criminal or a civil proceeding? Explain.

    The answer would be depending on the situation of the crime that has been committed. It is because there are some cases where there is no proof of evidence of having the crime to be committed, where in the person who has committed the crime will be set free and the defendant would likely lose the civil proceeding.
