I Believe the answer is: discrimination standard

discrimination standard refers to the line that must be crossed for certain actions to be considered as the act of discrimination toward a certain group.

In workplace environment, the standard would revolves around things such as whether the women are forced without their consent or whether there is an implication that they would get some sort of punishment if they fail to obey, etc.
