Motivation theory identifies which three needs as having special relevance for management

Motivational theory is a way of making people to drive them from doing things that will be of benefit to them and in a way of reaching their goals in life. It is composed of three needs in which it holds special relevance for management and these three things are - ambition, achievement and power.
